We have recently advised and assisted:

An illiterate Yemeni national in respect of her appeal against the Entry Clearance Officer's decision to refuse her entry clearance to join her British citizen spouse in the UK on the basis of the client's inability to meet the English language requirement.  We carried out research and made appropriate representations on her behalf.  We were able to highlight other issues, beyond illiteracy. The appeal was allowed within the Immigration Rules.

A student to successfully obtain further leave to remain as a Tier 4 (General) student following the revocation of his initial Tier 4 Sponsor's license.  We advised in respect of obtaining a new sponsor, the requirements, the application form and made representations on his behalf in respect of the variation application.

A migrant in work permit approved employment to successfully obtain indefinite leave to remain following making a variety of representations in respect of technical changes in her employment to the Home Office.  The application was dealt with by same-day service.

A migrant with Tier 1 (General) leave to apply to extend his leave in the UK.  The application was made by same day serivce and was approved.

A variety of organisations in respect of applying for a Sponsor License to sponsor migrant workers in the UK under both the Tier 2 (General) and Tier 2 (ICT) categories of the points-based system.  We has successfully expedited applications, where necessary.

We have also also: 

Acted as Level 1 user for a variety of sponsor organisations, reporting to the Home Office as and when necessary.  Advised and assisted sponsors to successfully apply for Restricted Certificates of Sponsorship.

Advised and assisted a variety of migrants in making Tier 2 (General) entry clearance applications.  We assisted by preparing the applications in the UK for submission by the respective clients in Russia, Australia and India.  This included advising appropriately on the differing procedures in each country.

Assisted a gay Bangladeshi national with his asylum claim from start to finish, including attending with the client during his asylum interview. We carried out the necessary research to help support the claim.

Advised and assisted a US national to apply for entry clearance to the UK to join her British citizen husband.  We advised in respect of the contentious financial requirements including the appropriate documents and in respect of timing the application in order to meet the requirements.

Advised and prepared an application for naturalisation as a British citizen for an Egyptian national who did not meet the residence requirements at the date of application.  We advised and made the appropriate representations on the client's behalf from the Home Office's policy in exercising discretion.

Advised and assisted a Tunisian national in respect of his application for entry clearance to join his British citizen spouse in the UK, where an exemption to the financial requirements applied.  the application was approved.
